GIFTS: We’re happy to send an adorable, handwritten gift card with any order. Sorry we don’t offer gift wrap.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.

SALES TAX: If you live in or ship your order to Colorado, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for instructions on returning an item. Sorry we are unable to accept third party returns and/or exchanges of gift merchandise without the original receipt. Please contact us at info@rosyrings.com for instructions on returning an item. We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse, however transit time can add 8-12 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

PRIVACY & SECURITY: All retail transactions must be conducted via the internet. We've done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. Email addresses collected at rosyrings.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights, and will not share your email information with other companies. If you would like to be removed our email list, please contact us at info@rosyrings.com.


Shipping information

WHERE : Rosy Rings ships to USA including Hawaii and Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico. We must have a physical address to process your order - UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We are able to ship to multiple locations. However, you must place a separate order for each additional address.

WHEN: We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order.

HOW: We ship via UPS. Shipments will take 5-7 days to arrive after leaving our warehouse depending on your location. Please view our shipping map below to see the transit times for your area.

What kind of wick do you use?
All of our wicks are lead-free!

Why can’t I call you?
We’d love to chat, but we’re busy pouring candles. Please email us and we’ll respond as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours!)

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping rates are very reasonable and include insurance.

I’m not comfortable paying with a credit card over the web. Can I fax or mail in my order?
Although we understand your concerns, we need to conduct all retail transactions via the internet. We've done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

Can I get rush service?
Yes, there are many shipping options available when you check out including 1,2 and 3-day air. Please refer to our Shipping Information above for services and transit times.

I only have a PO Box – can’t you ship there?
Nope, sorry. UPS requires a physical address. We suggest having your order shipped to your work or a friend.

Can I get a sample of the label design I’d like with the 5 Candle Sample Pack?
Sorry, no. We can’t print your labels until we confirm your order. However we do enclose examples of other labels we’ve printed so you can get an idea of what they look like.

How long will it take to get my personalized jar order?
It takes about 2 weeks to process your order after we have received your final label(s) approval. (Important - we can not start your candles until we receive your approval.) Then it takes 5-7 business days to ship your order via UPS. So allow at least 3 weeks from the time you confirm.

I’m having technical difficulties on the website. What should I do?
Please email us and we’ll get it fixed in a jiffy.


Tending your candles

Following these common sense instructions will ensure a pleasurable and safe experience, as well as longer lasting candles.

Always keep the wick centered and trimmed to 1/4”. If it becomes off-center extinguish the flame and pull the wick back to the middle of the well.

Burn on a level, non-flammable service. We recommend the use of candleholders or glass hurricanes.

Avoid drafts (windows, fans etc.) & keep away from flammable materials (like curtains).

Burn 2-3 hours at a time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended (pets and children do not count)!

Special Botanical Candle Instructions

The first time you light your candle burn it for several hours until a large well has formed. We recommend that this "candle well" be approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. Note: If you do not develop a large well your candle will not have enough oxygen to stay lit.

Subsequently burn no more than 2-3 hours at a time.

Before lighting trim your wick to 1/4", and clear any debris that may have accumulated in the candle well.

Always keep the wick centered. If it becomes off-center extinguish the flame and pull the wick back to the middle of the well.

Burn on a level, non-flammable service. We recommend the use of candleholders or glass hurricanes.

Avoid drafts (windows, fans etc.) & keep away from flammable materials (like curtains).

Never leave a burning candle unattended (pets and children do not count)!

This candle is made with a separate wax inset, or core, which is wrapped in flame retardant paper. This paper is semi- transparent and does not affect the glow or the burning attributes of the candle.

This candle has high fragrance content – please do not place directly onto furnishings or linens.

We do not recommend burning candles to the very bottom. When 1"-2" of Botanical Candle remains discontinue use.
