you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of
original purchase.
We are sorry we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products
purchased in retail locations.
A copy of the packing slip is needed for all returns.
All refunds will be credited back to the credit card of
the original customer. If you have received a gift and would
like a refund in lieu of an exchange, the refund will go
to the original purchaser. No exceptions, sorry.
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse, however
transit time can add 8-12 days delay from when you ship your package and the
refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods
before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Rosy Rings will not accept candles that have been burned more than 50%
down.
If you were sent the wrong or defective merchandise

We will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and replaced
ASAP.
