We carefully measure the ingredients.

We pour the insert candle.

The insert is placed in a larger mold. The mold is "stuffed" with birch twigs, pepperberries and ivy leaves.

The stuffed candle gets poured.

The bird illustrations are cut out.

The birds are applied by hand and then the entire candle is dipped in hot wax.

The candle is inspected and hand finished.

The finished product, our Sweet Bay Botanical Candle, is a labor of love.
