To Place an Order
We recommend you order from our website. It’s the most accurate, speedy and secure method to place an order.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been placed. Please keep this email and order number in case you need to contact us.

Order Status
Typically orders ship within 3-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please refer to our shipping chart to view transit times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. You may also email us to check the status of your order.

We’re happy to send an adorable, handwritten gift card with any order. We also offer snazzy gift wrap for $5. Certain items, like our Limited Edition Candle, can not be gift wrapped.

Sales Tax
If you live in or have your order shipped to Colorado or California we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.
