Returns & Exchanges We value your business and are committed to your satisfaction. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. We can only accept returns for products purchased from our website. A copy of the packing slip or purchase order is needed for all returns. Any products returned to Rosy Rings without contacting us, could result in a 25% restocking fee. We are sorry we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in retail locations. Please take your item back to the store where it was purchased. Rosy Rings will not accept candles that have been burned or reed diffusers that have been opened. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card of the original customer. If you have received a gift and would like a refund in lieu of an exchange, the refund will go to the original purchaser. No exceptions, sorry. We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse; however transit time can add 8-12 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. We will then help you with your product or send a replacement, dependent on the situation.
