Return Policy

Rosy Rings wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Rosy Rings:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned. Rosy Rings product purchased through another retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
  • Product returned to Rosy Rings without prior authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you’re returning must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If the reason for your return is not the result of a Rosy Rings error, the cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility. In this instance, we recommend using a tracked service.
  • Sale merchandise is FINAL and cannot be returned.

How To Return Product

To return an item to Rosy Rings, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (303) 297-1951 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

We will need you to verify the following details:

  • Your contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
  • Your order number
  • The product/quantities you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return (For example: damaged product, incorrect product, missing product, duplicate product, etc.)

Upon receiving this information, we will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions for returning the product. Please note that a copy of the packing slip or purchase order is required for all returns.

**How To Report Damaged/Incorrect Product

  • We would like to see how the shipment arrived. Send us a photo that captures the outside of the shipping box. Please include the box size on the bottom of the box, if possible.
  • We would like to see how the order was packed. Send us a photo that captures the inside of the shipping box. Please include any kind of packing material, if possible.
  • Send us a photo that captures the damaged/incorrect product you received.
  • Provide the tracking number, if possible.
  • Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or replacement.


Once we receive your return, a refund is initiated immediately. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. We cannot offer refunds to gift recipients. If you would like to return product that you received as a gift, the refund will be credited back to the original purchaser.
